Returns Policy

1. Return Window

You may return most items within 14 days of order placement for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Some items may have different return periods - please check your order confirmation.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@rapidchemicalsolutions.com or call 0203 8072 432 with your order number and reason for return
2. Obtain return authorization and return shipping address
3. Ship the item back in original packaging (return shipping paid by customer)
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your return

3. Return Shipping

Standard returns are shipped at the customer's expense. If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return label.

4. Inspection and Restocking

All returned items will be inspected for condition and completeness. Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted for return or refund. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to items that have been used.

5. Exceptions to Returns

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items purchased more than 14 days ago
• Opened or used products (except defective items)
• Items without original packaging
• Bulk orders (contact us for exceptions)
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

7. Processing Time

Return processing typically takes 5-7 business days from the date we receive your item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
