1. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 14 days of order placement
- Products must be unused and in original condition with original packaging
- Customer must provide proof of purchase (order number)
- Refund is not available for items that show signs of use or damage
2. Non-Refundable Items

- Products damaged due to customer negligence
- Items purchased on final sale
- Bulk orders (contact us for exceptions)
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Provide photos of the product if requested
- Return the product to us (customer pays return shipping)
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@rapidchemicalsolutions.com with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
